If a customer experiences concerns related to completed work, NJD Enterprise LLC will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to resolve verified service-related problems.

Deposits, diagnostic fees, and completed labor charges may be non-refundable.

Customers must contact NJD Enterprise LLC within 7 days of service regarding any service-related concerns.
